Privacy Policy.
How we collect, use, and protect information from visitors, prospects, and clients.
Effective: 2026-05-27 · Version 1.0
1. Who We Are
Watchtower Cloud Solutions, LLC ("Watchtower," "we," "us," "our") operates watchtowercs.com and provides Microsoft Azure engineering and consulting services to managed service providers (MSPs) across the United States and Canada. We are based in the United States.
This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with our website, our forms, or our team — and what we do with it. By using our site, you agree to the terms described here.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you submit our contact or Pre-Sales Technical Review form, you give us:
- Your name and role
- Your MSP / company name and website
- Your work email and (optionally) phone number
- Your headquarters location (United States, Canada, or other)
- Information you choose to share about your Azure project or environment
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, navigation path
- Cookies and similar tracking identifiers (see our Cookie Policy)
- For form submitters: HubSpot may associate prior anonymous visits with your contact record once you submit a form
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries you send us through forms, email, or phone
- Schedule and conduct the 30-minute Pre-Sales Technical Review you've requested
- Evaluate whether your MSP and Watchtower are a fit for one another
- Operate, secure, and improve our website
- Maintain records required for our business, accounting, and tax purposes
- Send you operational communications related to engagements you've entered with us
We do not send marketing emails to prospects who have not explicitly opted in. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only with the service providers we use to operate our business:
- HubSpot — our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Form submissions and tracking data are processed and stored in HubSpot's environment. HubSpot acts as a data processor on our behalf.
- Microsoft 365 — our business email platform. Email correspondence with our team is processed and stored in our Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Cloudflare — our domain registrar, DNS host, and (when site is live) hosting provider via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes site traffic to deliver the site and provide basic security.
- Legal and regulatory requirements — if required by law, court order, or government request, we may disclose information to comply.
We do not transfer your information to other third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or analytics purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Specifically:
- Form submissions and CRM records are retained for the duration of your relationship with Watchtower and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically up to seven years for business records).
- Site analytics data is retained according to HubSpot's default retention settings.
- You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).
6. How We Protect Your Information
We rely on the security controls of our service providers (HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Cloudflare), which include encryption in transit, encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication, and access controls. We restrict access to personal information to the Watchtower team members who need it to do their jobs.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your information
- Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction
Canadian visitors have additional rights under PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, Law 25. California visitors have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, email us at overwatch@watchtowercs.com and we will respond within applicable statutory timeframes.
8. International Data Transfers
Our service providers (HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Cloudflare) operate globally and may process your data in the United States or in other jurisdictions where they maintain infrastructure. By using our site, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.
9. Children's Privacy
Our site and services are directed at MSPs and the businesses they serve, not at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify contacts in our CRM. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
