Cookie Policy.
What cookies and similar tracking technologies we use, and how to control them.
Effective: 2026-05-27 · Version 1.0
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They allow sites to remember information about your visit, recognize returning visitors, and provide analytics about how the site is used. Similar technologies (web beacons, pixels, local storage) serve comparable purposes — we refer to all of them collectively as "cookies" in this policy.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies for three purposes:
Essential cookies
Required for the site to function — security tokens, session continuity, form validation. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies
Help us understand how the site is used: pages visited, time on page, navigation paths, browser type. We use this information to improve the site and prioritize what content to build next. Analytics cookies are set by HubSpot and, when the site is hosted there, Cloudflare.
Marketing & CRM cookies
Allow our customer relationship management platform (HubSpot) to identify returning visitors, associate website behavior with contact records after a form is submitted, and measure the effectiveness of our content. These cookies enable us to follow up with contacts about their inquiries.
3. Specific Cookies We Set
The following are the primary categories of cookies set on this site. Specific cookie names and durations may change as our service providers update their products.
- HubSpot —
__hstc,hubspotutk,__hssc,__hssrcand related identifiers. Analytics, CRM contact tracking, and session continuity. Durations range from session-only to 13 months. - Cloudflare —
__cf_bm,cf_clearanceand related identifiers. Bot management and basic security. Session to 30 minutes typically. - Site essentials — Session cookies set by our hosting layer for form submission integrity and security.
For the most current list of cookies set by HubSpot, see HubSpot's cookie policy. For Cloudflare, see Cloudflare's cookie policy.
4. How to Control Cookies
Through our cookie banner
When you first visit the site, you'll see a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in our footer.
Through your browser
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. Detailed instructions are available from each browser's documentation:
Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. The standard for how websites should respond to this signal is not yet uniform, so we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can control tracking through our consent banner and your browser settings as described above.
5. Consequences of Disabling Cookies
If you decline non-essential cookies, the site will continue to function — you'll still be able to read every page and submit forms. However, we will not be able to recognize you as a returning visitor, and our analytics will not include your activity. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core site functionality.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected in our cookie consent banner.
7. Related Policies and Contact
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information beyond cookies.
